Lighter, stronger, and featuring incredibly quick drying materials, it is specifically designed for high performance competition slalom skiing. The outer and inner surfaces employ smooth skin to allow water to bead off the surface with minimal water absorption. The inner material creates skin friction, so the vest stays in place and doesn’t ride up after deep water starts. Without concern for readjusting, skiers can devote all their focus to the quickly approaching pass. The horizontal flex zones and flexible materials provide the maximum mobility competition slalom skiers need to ski their best. This comp vest is not a life jacket and is not coast guard approved. It should be used only in highly supervised, controlled settings.
