50 LB TESTED - The Tib Blaster has been tested up to 50 lbs, and if you are repping over 50 lbs on your tib raises, you may have a new world record. 

FITS STANDARD WEIGHTS - The Tib Blaster is sized for standard 1" diameter hole weight plates. Weights Not Included.

PERFECT FOR KNEES OVER TOES PROGRAMS- Tib Raises and the Tib Bar were popularized by Ben Patrick and the training system from the Athletic Truth Group. Use Tibialis raises for increasing ankle strength and range of motion, becoming more athletic, eliminating shin splints, and fixing knee pain. The Tib Blaster puts your tibialis and ankle through full plantar flexion so that you can get a better training stimulus than you can with body weight tibialis raises against a wall.

SLANT BOARD FOR KNEES OVER TOES PROGRAMS - Slant board exercises like the slant board squat, VMO squat, slant board jefferson curl, and slant board calf stretch, have been popularized by strength coach Ben Patrick from the Athletic Truth Group. Slant board exercises are great for increasing knee range of motion, becoming more athletic, bulletproofing your knees and patellar tendons, and eliminating knee pain. Slant boards encourage a full range of motion in the squat while maintaining a more upright torso to better load the VMO muscle that helps directly support the knee. SLANT BOARD FOR KNEE PAIN - Slant board squats are a powerful method for fixing knee pain while strengthening your patellar tendons and VMO. While it’s always recommended that you seek professional help if you are having pain, slant board squats have been shown to help fix patellar tendonitis and improve many other knee ailments. One of the best slant board exercises is the Poliquin step up. This one legged partial squat on a slant board created by Charles Poliquin, is incredibly effective for patellar tendon training. Slant boards can also be used to help with plantar fasciitis and stretching and strengthening of the calves.

SLANT BOARD FOR ATHLETES - Many of the cheap adjustable slant boards on the market today are not wide enough or strong enough to support larger athletes and weighted slant board exercises. While bodyweight slant board exercises are a great first step in a knee pain rehabilitation program, knee bulletproofing often requires extra load. The Tib Factory Slant Board is built to handle weighted movements like slant board barbell squats, and barbell poliquin step-ups. The Tib Factory Slant Board is 19.75” wide to accommodate both wide and narrow stance squats and is built on a 24 degrees angle to better target the patellar tendons and VMO.
