Dot the flock applicator directly onto the skin, under the eye area to conceal redness, dark circles or imperfections. Blend product using the Vegan Concealer Brush or pat gently with finger until smooth. Using the same technique, apply to any areas of the face you wish to brighten, conceal or correct. For added coverage, reapply to desired areas as needed and blend until smooth.
