The outer shell is weldable .180 in. wall machined DOM tubing that is fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing. Good Quality for the Price

Surprisingly good quality for shelves made of particle board. They look nice and hold quite a bit of weight when installed properly. I ordered another shorter set of floating shelves from another seller on Amazon. Those shelves were of especially horrible quality when compared to these.
