The Electro-Harmonix MIG-50 is a faithful recreation of the original Sovtek amplifier of the same name. This modern interpretation features higher quality pots, jacks, and relays than the Sovtek design, enhancing this amplifier's durability and road reliability. The MIG-50 features a normal and bright channel with their own inputs sharing a three band tone stack with presence knob. On the back are three speaker outs - one each at 4, 8, and 16 Ohms.

This amp is LOUD, with tons of clean headroom; a perfect mate for you favorite fuzz or distortion pedal. The user can blend both channels by using a Y cable. Having a simple circuit, there isn't much in the way restricting the tonal flexibility of the MIG-50. Adjusting the bass, middle, treble, and presence controls are actual adjustments and not placebos. It lifts like there's a 50W output transformer inside, but fits into near any space - measuring at a compact 19.7 (w) x 9.5 (l) x 8.0 (h).
