When to Replace
- Replace if the dial fails to register pressure when the tank valve is open.

- Replace if the unit fails to hold pressure or exhibits signs of gas leakage at the connection points.
Installation Tips
- Ensure the propane tank valve is closed completely before installation or removal.
- Hand-tighten the gauge clockwise onto the tank valve; do not overtighten with tools to avoid damaging the internal O-ring.
- Slowly open the propane tank valve to allow pressure to equalize within the gauge.
- Perform a leak test using a soapy water solution at all connection points after installation.
- If the gauge shows low pressure immediately, verify the connection is seated correctly and the tank valve is fully open.
