Terms of use
Although our gift cards were created thinking about our EnduroCamp classes, they can be used on any product from our store.
All our gift cards have a 12-month lifespan to be used. If they are not used within one year, they will no longer be valid.
The value of each card can be used partially.
As an example, if you have a 100 EUR card, and you use it to buy something worth 20 EUR, you will still retain 80 EUR to use at a later date within the 12-month lifespan of the gift card.
You cannot, however, choose how much to partially deduct from the gift card.
As an example, if you have a 100 EUR card, and you want to buy something worth 120 EUR, the system will automatically deduct the full 100 EUR, not allowing you to choose to deduct only part of that value.
In accordance with our policies, gift cards are non-refundable.
How to use them
Once you purchase one of our gift cards you will receive a confirmation email with a link that will allow you to access your discount code.
That discount code will be your own unique code, and it is the key that will allow you to unlock the money value of your gift card.
To use it, just browse around our website, choose the products you want, add them to cart, and move on to payment.
Once you reach the final checkout stage, you will find a place to introduce the gift card info.
Enter your unique gift card code, validate, and the value will be deducted from your purchase.
As easy as that!
