The natural color comes from the basalt volcanic rock outer layer, which shields surrounding components like plastic lines and electrical wiring from damaging heat, resulting in cooler intake air temperatures and a boost in overall horsepower.

• Rated to withstand 1800 degrees Fahrenheit direct heat and 2500 degrees Fahrenheit radiant heat.
• Features a unique four-layer construction, including a stainless steel mesh inner layer and layers of high-temp silica fabric insulated with CMS (Superwool).
• Reduces turbo lag, prevents heat soak, and provides a huge reduction in engine bay temperatures.
