This vintage American Navy tunic is outfitted with one patch on the left arm: 9-year service mark 3 stripes. The uniform consisted of a pull-over shirt with a neck flap (This one has NO white lines around its perimeter or stars one on each corner). The shirt had one small front top pocket and a pocket inside. It was open and did not have any protective cover. Excellent choice for any collector, person searching for Halloween attire, or simply a fantastic jacket for regular use.
