What a fantastic find. I can't find another one like it. I am not sure where it comes from (Poland, Russia, Czechoslovakia or ...). My knowledge of the languages is non existent. This item was kept for years in our WWII box of items, so I suspect it is WWII but am not sure. However, I do know it would make a great addition to anyone collection.
