Aged 7 years and a slightly higher proof than the classic bourbon. A sough-after bottle from one of the most celebrated distilleries in the country, Buffalo Trace, which is now the first major US company to be distilling kosher whiskey.

You'll find a spirit that doesn't stray too far from its origins, Buffalo Trace Straight Bourbon Whiskey, with vanilla, molasses and a bit of mint on the nose.  The taste is sweet and straightforward, brown sugar and spice, with toffee, oak and dark fruits, then a touch of cinnamon. Long, smooth, and deep finish.
