DESCRIPTIONS: This exquisite vintage piece drapes effortlessly, exuding timeless sophistication. The shorter bell sleeves lend a graceful, sculptural touch to the silhouette, while the deep black satin base creates a luxurious backdrop for the intricate metallic embroidery. Threads of blue, red, and gold form a classic Asian countryside motif—a hallmark of chinoiserie artistry. A statement jacket that blends opulence with refined simplicity, perfect for collectors and lovers of vintage glamour.

HISTORY: The “Peony Brand” was a celebrated Shanghai label for silk garments during the mid-20th century, renowned for its exquisite brocade patterns and masterful craftsmanship. The peony—symbolizing prosperity, honor, and wealth in Chinese culture—featured prominently in these designs, making each piece a blend of artistry and cultural significance.

The Qipao, or Cheongsam, originated from Manchu robes and became a symbol of modern Chinese elegance in the 1920s and 1930s. Traditionally crafted from silk or brocade, these garments feature high collars, side slits, and graceful silhouettes—though variations like this looser jacket style also emerged.

Brocade itself is a richly decorative woven fabric, often silk, with raised patterns created by supplementary weft threads. This technique allows for intricate designs, such as the landscape and pagoda motifs seen here—classic elements of East Asian art often interpreted through Chinoiserie. Vintage brocade jackets like this were frequently made for export or as fashionable attire, blending cultural heritage with contemporary style.

What a lifesaver!
Model: 17749N, Model: 17749N
The usual box stores wanted around $150-$200 for a New and or Refurbished starter. The Ezexpreze 17749 was such a great deal and It bolted up nicely to my 1999 TJ with the 4.0 4x4! Its a great replacement, I've had it for about half a year but it starts with ease. I'll definitely get me another one as a backup at this price point!

Working good
Model: 17960N
07 Honda Accord Finally had to replace the OEM starter I went with this one because I'm not sure how long I'll have the car. So far so good strong starts. The starter is in a bad location. Not impossible but not exactly easy to get to. Whatch some YouTube videos I just took the manifold off so I had some room to work.
