Product Description
The Merrill Hide-Drant is a sanitary yard hydrant that has been approved as such in even the most restrictive states like; Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Available in stainless or PVC and with a curved or straight neck, Merrill provides a sanitary hydrant option for you. The Hide-Drant's standpipe can be removed with three counter-clockwise turns, then drain the standpipe of water and your Hide-Drant is frost-proof for freezing temps. The stop valve at the bottom of the Hide-Drant is automatically opened when the standpipe is reinstalled. The seals between the stop valve and the standpipe are water-tight before the valve is reopened. The Hide-Drant's outlet can be set to any direction by simply tightening the standpipe the three turns from where you want the outlet to be.

Features
- Frost proof: when used correctly, simply turn counter-clockwise three turns to disconnect and remove stand pipe, then drain stand pipe for freezing temperatures, very simple, no tools required to remove and reinstall stand pipe
- Stop valve at bottom of Hide-Drant® is automatically opened when stand pipe is reinstalled, very simple, reliable stop valve, one moving part, stainless steel spring, also designed so field repairable
- Seals between stop valve and stand pipe holds water before valve is reopened
- Outlet can be in any direction - by simply pivoting outlet counter-clockwise to direction desired, approximately three revolutions needed to remove stand pipe, do not over tighten stand pipe by forcing clockwise revolution of outlet, Only hydrant that allows outlet to be in any direction, no tools required - pivots by hand
- Non-corrosive construction to insure a long operating life, stop valve available in PVC and other components are made of non-corrosive materials, quality, non-corrosive construction for years of service
- Bottom case has one way flapper drain to remove any spilled water in case, plus cover over drain on outside of case protects drain from backfill, helps bottom case and stop valve to stay sanitary
- No tools required (after initial installation) - hydrant riser pipe can be removed and reinstalled in seconds with only a few turns, do not use tools
- Removable riser pipe so you can mow right over the bottom case and improves appearance of landscape for additional applications
- No lead compliance - models available in both yard hydrant and straight models, that are no Lead

Dont wait! Assemble right away! Just in case you need to return it.

Ok, I like the idea of this but the assembly is frustrating. One side lined up perfectly with the holes however, the small bars that connect the screen to base is not lining up. I think it's do the fabric the screen or divider is made of. It's not stretchy. I brought this months ago and just opened it today. I'm upset and don't even think returning it is possible. If the material was a bit longer or stretchy to give a little room to work with this divider would be great. However, I'm not sure what I can use it for since I'm unable to attach it to the bottom. Beware! Don't wait like me. Tip for the manufacturer. Next time invest in Velcro dividers so the fabric can be adjusted with ease. Literally if I take the screen off the frame aligns perfectly. However, it defeats its purpose of privacy. I might buy some material myself and create a more flexible divider. Or I'll buy Velcro myself and attach to the bottom. I don't know yet.

App control and system memory sucks.

These shelves are sick! I do have gripes about them. For some reason, you select your color or scene, after a few hours they start doing a breathing scene and totally change colors. Then when you go to switch it back, its like the device loses communication with the app. Also not a fan of it needing to be connected to wifi. Would much rather bluetooth so thats an odd one.
Edit* the seller did reach out and offered a full refund for the product without me getting in touch and without wanting the shelves back. Updating from 3 stars to 4 for outstanding customer service.
