The conversion swaps the factory stamped steel radius arms for HD upper and lower control arms on high-strength steel brackets to correct axle positioning and limit caster change through wheel travel. Up front it also includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The rear uses a high-strength fabricated lift block, u-bolt flip kit for max clearance, brake line brackets, and matching FOX 2.0 shocks.

Notes
- Removal of the factory block is required. Rear add-a-leaf is required for models equipped with the factory 3-7/8 inch block for a level to tail high stance. Single add-a-leaf kit 113218 is recommended for a more level stance; dual add-a-leaf kit 113209 for a tail high stance. (Add-a-leafs do not apply to rear leaf spring equipped systems.)
- If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit may be required.
- Although extremely rare, front and/or rear driveline vibration may occur.
- If equipped with a rear sway bar, 123009 is required.
- U-bolts will not work on dually.
