Worsted or Aran Weight
DESIGNER RECOMMENDED YARN: any worsted or aran weight yarn. Shown in Superwash Worsted by Sweet Georgia Yarns (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 115g/200yds) 5 (6, 7, 8, 9) (11, 11, 12) Skeins. Shown in Deep Olive, Tumbled Stone, & Hush.
DESIGNER RECOMMENDED YARN: Rios by Malabrigo (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 100g/210yds): 5 (6, 7, 8, 9) (10, 11, 12) Skeins. This Pattern Kit is developed on Merino Wool, the softest of wools. It is washable and good for all climates in the winter. Please note that this is a worsted weight yarn.
DESIGNER RECOMMENDED YARN: Balance by O-Wool (50% Organic Merino Wool / 50% Organic Texas Cotton; 50g/130 yds): 8-18 Skeins in 50g weight. Also available in 100g skeins. This is an excellent yarn to use for warmer climates such as the southern states. The cotton remains breathable and warm with the resilience and bounce of wool. This yarn has been discontinued.
