Radio Helium 24" Cruiser BMX Race FrameThe Blackout PTC is basically the alloy version of Haro's carbon Citizen frame. Many of the same features found on the Citizen like the Power Transfer Centre (PTC) bottom bracket, tapered head tube, tapered seat tube and 10mm 15mm 20mm rear axle compatibility are also found on the Blackout PTC. The Blackout PTC is offered in a wide range of sizes from Expert XL all the way up to Pro XXXL to meet the needs of various rider size and preference.

For the price it's Pretty good and Nice quality. Normally one of this Quality if $300 and up. Only thing is, if your a Xl but not slim you may need a larger size. But if your Medium to slim it's a good fitting suit

Amazing for the price. It’s a wonderful suit fit just right for a 5’10”. 145 pound male.
The quality is surprisingly wonderful for this suit and the color is accurate. As in the picture it is a slim fit and accentuates his figure. I would highly recommend this for a purchase. (be sure to use the measurements on their description before ordering). After a steam and a press we were ready to go. The packaging was very nicely done also.
