The collet design of the RockNut provides a steel nut with a female taper and a steel bung or aluminum control arm with an intersecting male taper. When tight, the components are bound together and are bound onto the threads of the suspension joint with incredible force. This RockNut kit for suspension fabricators provides you with a 1 in.-14 RH thread steel nut and steel weld-in bung that is designed to be inserted into a 1 1/2 in. x .188 in. wall tube. Enables the person to move around while wearing.
These silicon socks look a bit odd at first glance but they work great and best of all, any lotions and oily creams are contained on the inside so you can walk around. They are very soft. I haven't had them long so I can't comment on durability, but they are not made of lightweight material.
