2020 James Beard Award Finalist Zach Golper has written one of the best cookbooks of all time according to The New York Times, Epicurious, Bon Apptit, Vogue, and Eater.
In Bien Cuit, he shares his insiders secrets to making his delicious, artisanal bread that will have home bakers creating professional-quality products in no timeand inexpensively.
Bien Cuit: The Art of Bread is a work of art with images from famed food photographer Thomas Schauer and a beautifully designed, sophisticated interior. Zach Golper's superstar status in the world of bread baking, starters, and simple baking methods has made Bien Cuit a world classic.

Good point of entry into Star Wars comics
Format: Paperback
I love Star Wars and have been enjoying seeing the expanded universe. Honestly, sometimes the focus on Jedis and Siths is a bit of a distraction from understanding what life would be like in that galaxy.

Great set of stories that ties in many of your favorite charecters
Format: Paperback
A simple yet great set of stories that tie in many of your favorite characters into the Galaxy's Edge/Baatu environment. I am not a huge comic reader, but I did very much enjoy. It is a quick read overall.

Nice backstory to Galaxy's Edge
Format: Paperback
This is a cool book. Just visited Galaxy's Edge recently, so it's fun to see the park and characters represented in comic form.
