For outright feeder work, especially where power and a degree of distance is expected the 4000 is bang on. With a ratio of 5.3:1 it will crank back 95cm in one handle turn. The UTD drag also offers responsive control, with a wide range of adjustment ensuring you can set it just right for set up and fish action you are expecting. If back winding is preferred then the Infinite Anti-Reverse is easily disengaged via the lever on the underside, behind the rotor. All models will perfectly partner any of the Matchman float or feeder rods and thanks to the folding handle they are also well suited to any ‘pre-set up’ for rapid assembly. Each also feature a DS4 carbon composite body and rotor as well as 3BB, Digigear 2, Twistbuster and a T grip handle knob.Shipping Notes

Excellent choice for long oil change intervals.

I'm a former dealership mechanic and for years I used whatever we had in the bulk tank which was usually Valvoline conventional. My last job was at a German car dealership. Castrol was the oil recommended by the German manufacturers and that's when I started using Castrol. In my experience Castrol is an excellent oil. My 2014 Ford just rolled over 242,000 miles and even with factory 10,000 mile oil change intervals, from what I can see through the oil fill the top end of the engine is still clean. I've never had to remove the valve cover. It's using about a quart between oil 10,000 mile oil changes which is great because when it was new it used about a 1/2 quart between changes.
