The ninth coin in the Royal Canadian Mint's exciting new 2014 O Canada series focusing on iconic Canadian images celebrates the Northern Lights, a natural phenomenon as awe-inspiring as the Canadian wilderness itself.
The reverse design by Canadian artist Julius T. Csotonyi features an iconic northern image of a wolf howling against a night sky bathed in Aurora Borealis-the Northern Lights. The image is anchored by the full-colour background. Above the scene floats the dazzling curtain of glorious coloured light often seen in the night sky above Canada's northern latitudes. The Lights' beauty in this image is doubled by its reflection in a yet-unfrozen lake. Beautifully engraved in the centre of the image is the wolf, who sits on the rocky shoreline flanking the left side of the water. In the distance behind the wolf, on the far left side of the image, a coniferous forest rises skyward on a steep hill. On the far horizon, more hills hint at the vast wilderness beneath the stunningly lit sky. Opposite the wolf, large boulders in the water nicely balance the image. Wolf, shore, hillside, and boulders are beautifully reflected in the water below. In the foreground, the tip of a rocky shoreline anchors the scene.
Special Features:
- Masterfully crafted by Royal Canadian Mint engravers using a variety of engraving techniques and finishes, as well as selective colour application, to bring this stunning wilderness image to life.
- A limited mintage of 40,000 coins means that this piece is sure to be sought after by collectors.
- Own a piece of Canada's North, beautifully captured in 1/2 ounce of 99.99% pure silver.
- An excellent addition to any nature-focused, Northern, wildlife, or Canadiana collection.
- A beautiful gift or collectible for those who love coloured coins, Canada's North, wildlife images, nature, original artwork, and Canadian themes.

Great Chew Toy
Size: Tripod
Has been great for our medium sized dog who loves to chew everything. We didn't realize it makes a sound too, which helps keep his attention. So far it has held up well.

Big and Squeaks and Tough BUT Dog Destroyed it in 3 days!!
Size: Tripod
The pitbull who is an agressive chewer LOVES this and it squeaks! Highly recommend this large sized chew toy.
BUT in 3 days the dog destroyed it. It is now in 6 pieces. But it still squeaks. I guess I can't recommend this because it is NOT durable.

Great chew toy
Size: Tripod
This is great and my dog loves it. He is 7months old and is a golden doodle. He loves to chew and was starting to destroy other toys. This is great for him to get to chew and it makes noises so that keeps him engaged for a while.

Great product! Durable, chewable, awesomeness!
Color: Grilled color, Color: Grilled color
Very well made and durable. My dog hasn't left them alone since i opened them. Hes been at it for about 45 minutes straight now! Lol. He's an avid chewer. He will chew thru and fabric or cloth toys in less then a day. But these are what he really likes because they take time to chew apart. The shapes, are great, because one he props up with his paws and chews and it seems like it's easy to grip for him. Thru are hard so if you have hard floors it can get a bit noisy when he drops them. Over all this is a great product. Safe, chewable, long lasting, fun shape looks real to him (i think lol), Me and my dog Lucky are both happy with his new toys!

My aggressive chewers love these! It’s been a few weeks and still in one piece and man they chew them for hours on end.
