Historical background:

The EMBT Enhanced Main Battle Tank is a fourth generation main battle tank jointly developed by Nexter of France and KMW of Germany.
At the 2022 Paris International Defense Exhibition, a newly designed prototype was showcased, and the EMBT-ADT 140 version was launched in 2024.

Performance parameters: Adopting the German Leopard 2A7+chassis, the combat weight is 61.5 tons, the body length is 10.45 meters, the width is 3.85 meters, and the height is 3.24 meters. Equipped with MTU 883 EPP engine, it outputs 1500 horsepower, has a top speed of 65 kilometers per hour, and a maximum range of 460 kilometers. In urban warfare environments, additional armor can be added and the total weight can be increased to 70 tons.
The 120mm prototype vehicle is equipped with a 52 caliber CN-120 F1 smoothbore gun and 22 automatic loaders, capable of firing NATO standard ammunition.
