Bellbrae Estate Bird Rock Pinot Noir 2024 – exceptional Australian pinot noir from Geelong's Bellarine Peninsula. The 2024 vintage has a very pure nose of violets, raspberry and florals with a silky, long palate. With fine-grained tannins and natural acidity, the palate is exceptionally long with great fruit to finish.

Appearance

Bright ruby red with garnet highlights and excellent clarity.

Aroma

Very pure nose showcasing delicate violets, fresh raspberry and elegant floral notes. Subtle hints of red cherry, wild strawberry and earthy undertones characteristic of cool-climate Geelong pinot noir add complexity and refinement.

Palate

Silky, long palate with fine-grained tannins and vibrant natural acidity. Exceptionally long finish with great fruit purity, displaying layers of raspberry, cherry and subtle spice. The wine shows beautiful balance between elegance and intensity, with a refined texture that speaks to the quality of the Bellarine Peninsula terroir.

Pairs With

This elegant pinot noir pairs beautifully with roasted duck, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, charcuterie boards, aged cheeses, or slow-cooked lamb shoulder.

Daily Drinker Warning: Great Energy, but Watch Your Teeth!

No sugar which is great and this energy drink has become a staple but it is also very acidic so watch out if you have very thin teeth like me. I often find it increasing my sensitivity by a lot so a sensitivity toothpaste daily is essential for me since I drink these daily. The feeling or energy from these is great, I have been drinking similar ones like G fuel for years and this gives me significantly more energy. A quick tip though is many dollar trees have Gfuel available so if you need sugar free energy drinks like me, they provide cheaper deals - currently dollar tree has G fuel for 1.25$ a can which is quite cost effective compared to Ghost. Drinkability is mixed with Ghost, they are strong drinks. I often find G fuel being very refreshing and enjoyable while Ghost is very concentrated. Comparison - Gfuel vs. Ghost ingredients and focus Ghost: Focus - Cognitive function, energy metabolism, and premium/transparent sourcing.
