This 1920s style, hand beaded, floor length silk gown has a dreamy, elegant look that offers a stunning recreation of the art deco era. Manufactured in the 80s. Carefully handcrafted beading and a delicate design make this a timeless and sophisticated piece.

This dress is gorgeous but is in need of some TLC, a delicate touch or someone with the ability to turn a blind eye. There are a quite a few areas to note as you can see from the photos. There is wear in the beading overall generally, but especially at the back right side of the dress. They do mainly seem to be intact and no additional beads are dropping off. This would be a wonderful piece to restore if you are a seamstress and have the know how to re-string some of the beadwork. It's definitely a piece worth saving. Even with the current condition I would wear this out as is. It's a true stunner and at first glance the wear is not immediately apparent.

The colour is a between a dark purple / navy tone in real life.

The fit on this dress is interesting. I would call this an Small / Medium. There's more room in the fit than the numbers claim because of the bias cut on the fabric and the nature of the beading on the dress I find it has flex and molds to the body nicely. Please refer to the below measurements as a guide. The true waist measurement actually sits where the underarm sleeve area meets the dress because of the wing style sleeve. This sits for me just above my true waist and under my ribcage.

Item Measurements: Laying Flat / Not Doubled / Not Stretched

Upper rib cage width: OPEN
True Waist width where sleeve meets body under arm: 15 inches wide with flex
Hip width: 19 inches wide with flex
Sleeve length: 24 inches long from wrist to neck opening
Length of garment from shoulder seam to hem: 55 inches long

* My hip is a 37 circumference
* My chest is a B32
* I'm typically an XS/S
* This dress is loose for me on top and perfectly fitting at the bottom
* I'm approximately 5 foot 5 inches tall

Small and detailed.
This is a nice addition to a library shelf. Size is about as big as a grapefruit. Nice detail and solid white. Shipped securely in styrofoam.

A good read
Format: Kindle
A good read, just fluffy cuteness, no antagonism. I like all the characters. It could have used another round of editing however, glanfds being one error that cracked me up, and my personal pet peeve was that the author kept using the word fill instead of feel, which I promise you are not interchangeable haha, but it's definitely better than the majority of books I read on here mistake-wise.

amazing
Format: Kindle
Knot the Bride was a fantastic read! The characters were all amazing and well-developed. It was easy to like them all. Sophia, Luca, Nick, and Gavin were all perfect for each other. It was such a charming story that had me hooked the entire time. I did wish there were POVs from Luca, Nick, and Gavin but it was still an amazing book without it. I am excited to read the next book in the Willowside Omegaverse series! This is definitely a must-read for fans of omegaverse romance!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

3 Star Read,
Format: Kindle
This book wasn't bad, but wasn't my cup of tea. It's highly disappointing because the storyline is so original. There is no real conflict or resolution, so the entire thing feels flat. As a lover of omegaverse books, I know there is a ton of variety out there, and ov is really up to the author. But this one is weird. Omegas have multiple scent glands all over their bodies and go into week long heats every month. Alphas have knots in the middle of their shaft instead of the base, and the knot doesn't always swell, no explanation of when or why. It doesn't engage at all when the mouth is in play. I also didn't enjoy the author's writing style. Each paragraph is only 1 or 2 sentences long, and the entire book reads very stacato. The conversations are stiff and unnatural feeling. Everything is very repetitive, both in word choice and in thought. The same thing is repeated 3 or 4 times over a single page, multiple times over. I ended up doing so much skimming. The first 50% of the book is all slow burn, and the last 50% is almost straight mediocre spice. This wouldn't have been all bad if the grammar and spelling errors didn't start at the exact same time. Tongue is repeatedly misspelled in the middle of the spice.
