Measure
- Measure the height of the wall where you want to install your awning; minimum mounting height is 7'6" (2.286 m).
- Measure how wide your awning will be. (NOTE: The actual fabric width will be 5" (12.7 cm) less than the total awning width).
- Make sure you have at least 8" (20.3 cm)† of unobstructed vertical space where you want to mount the awning.
†Included in the minimum height requirement
NOTE: You will need 9" (22.9 cm) of space if installing our optional aluminum hood with your awning (all models except for motorized model with 11'8" (3.556 m) projection). You will need 11" (28 cm) of space if installing our optional aluminum hood with a motorized model awning with 11'8" (3.556 m) projection.
Install
Installation instructions are included with your awning(s). Awnings are preassembled and ready to hang but will require more than one person as they are very heavy. Please watch the short video below:
