This Performance Air Intake System allows your engine to breathe more air compared to the restrictive factory air intake housing. It is designed, tuned and dyno-tested to produce more horsepower and torque. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance. The air intake tube is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum featuring a durable silver powder coated finish. A custom shaped heat shield with lid is included. The tapered cylinder shaped AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions). This Air Intake System is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, while others are 50 state legal. A much more affordable option for Subaru owners

When you're paying between $16 & $18+ per quart of Subaru brand CVTF 2 fluid this is a much more affordable option. If you look on the back of a Subaru branded CVTF 2 quart bottle you'll see the Idemitsu logo. Doing this job myself saved me over $1000 on what the dealership quoted me to change the valve body and drain and fill my CVT without skimping on anything.

Same fluid as the Subaru brand

This is the manufacturer that makes the Subaru cvt fluid. I used this for the drain and fill on a 2019 Subaru Forester. No problem using a hand pump to fill the transmission. Excellent product will use again to service a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek.
