Mandarin - Passion fruit - Floral
The grapes were hand-destemmed, followed with an open top fermentation in skins for four days. After fermentation the wine was separated from the skins and gently pressed by hand with a small hydro press. The wine was bottled unfiltered and with minimal sulphur.
