They are then de-pulped and fermented anaerobically for five days with dehydrated and ground fruits, enhancing the concentration of flavors. The drying process spans 10 days mechanically, with a 5-day stall to promote higher flavor retention.

This intricate method results in a coffee that offers a creamy body complemented by notes of black honey, rose water, and grapes, providing a unique and memorable tasting experience.
