Dido and Jurriaan travelled from vineyard to vineyard makng wine all over the world, finally setting down roots in the region of Alt-Empordà in Spain, where they found 9,5 hectares of planted vineyards in the natural reserve of Albera. They farm organically, implementing biodynamic principles as well, to make natural wine without added sulphites. This is a blend of different fermentations, ranging from carbonic maceration to whole bunch, barrel aging and steel.

Mojo Pin 2019 is a lovely light expression. The Marselan is hand destemmed and macerated for 2 days. The Cabernet Franc is hand destemmed, macerated 6 days and then aged for 9 months in old French oak. To lighten up this vintage Dido and Jur decided to add 20% juice from a 7 day macerated wine from grapes they bought in 2019 from La Salada in Penedès. This Xarel-lo and Macabeu was macerated whole bunch for 7 days. The resulting wine is both complex and ultimately fresh and drinkable.
