They sent me two and I have had no problems with either of the new ones. Great communication from seller. My dog loves the treat In the center and chews on the product forever. I take full responsibility for not paying closer attention to the size specifications. If you have a smaller breed like a Yorkie, Maltese, or a toy Poodle, this product is perfect for your pup. However, for larger dogs, this is utterly inadequate. It won't entertain them for even 20 seconds, let alone 20 minutes.
