Grow@School is a pack of 9 lesson plans and worksheets designed for use in classroom and home-school settings. 

Each lesson aligns with the Foundation Australian Health curriculum* (version 9.0) and gives you a ready-to-use pack of lessons that support students' social and emotional development and well-being.

Packed with engaging, age-appropriate activities, printable resources, and comprehensive lesson plans, this unit fosters learning through play, helping students understand their emotions and develop positive social interactions.

The pack includes lessons that are suitable for Foundation, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3 & Year 4 students.

Features of the Grow@School pack

Each comprehensive step-by-step lesson plan introduces and defines a particular topic, and then builds students' understanding through the application of the topic in both the lesson and the accompanying worksheet.

Lesson topics include gratitude, empathy, friendship, growth mindset, kindness, self-talk, feelings, mindfulness, and uniqueness.

Each lesson plan includes a worksheet for a fun and engaging way to build understanding and apply the topic.

The 9 guided Journal pages that accompany each lesson plan are excerpts from our Kids Guided Journal and have been adapted for use in classroom and homeschool settings, and the discussion questions are written to align with that lesson.

Simply download the PDF file after purchase and print it out.

For ease of printing, we have included the 9 lesson plans at the front of the pack (we assume you will only print one copy of these), and the worksheets, journal pages and colouring pages at the back of the document so you can print as per your requirements
