Lagrein, Graciano, and Nero d’Avola from the Riverland, wild fermented, unfined, unfiltered, and finished with minimal sulphur. Four months in barrel, three months resting in bottle. Medium-bodied, silky, and packed with cherries, blackberries, jam, and a hint of dried oregano. Chill her down for about five minutes in the fridge and off you go.

Appearance

Deep ruby with the kind of colour you get when three dark-fruited varieties from the Riverland are wild fermented and left completely alone — unfined, unfiltered, and unapologetically natural.

Aroma

Cherries, blackberries, jam, and a hint of dried oregano — warm, ripe, and inviting, with the subtle complexity that four months in barrel and three months of bottle rest add without ever getting in the way of the fruit. A little oak in the background. Just enough.
