我們使用英國出產伯爵茶葉，製作清香而軟滑綿密的伯爵茶戚風蛋糕作基底，配上香濃伯爵茶味忌廉及新鮮士多啤梨作夾層。蛋糕外圍抺上原味忌廉，面層淋上伯爵茶忌廉醬，啖啖都是茶香味道。

建議自備保溫袋及冰包，或以$20 加購。保溫袋及冰包可延長蛋糕於室溫存放1小時。但因為忌廉蛋糕比較脆弱及易溶，我們建議客人盡快放入雪櫃(攝氏 4 度)。
蛋糕存放 STORAGE
取蛋糕後建議於半小時內放入雪櫃(攝氏 4 度)並於當天享用，切勿於室溫下存放超過 1 小時。請放入雪櫃最少半小時後才享用，口感更佳。
