イタリアのトスカーナ州ポンテ・ア・エゴラ地区にあるROCADO社が製造するコードバンです。

ロカド社は、イタリア・トスカーナ地方に拠点をおく老舗タンナー。その代表的素材であるシェルコードバンは、馬革の臀部からわずかに採れる「コードバン層」を伝統技法で時間をかけて鞣した、最高級レザーの一つです。

ロカド社のコードバンは、オイルをたっぷり含み、しっとりした艶と奥行きのある透明感が魅力。丁寧に磨き上げられた鏡面のような光沢は、使い込むことでさらに深まり、傷さえも味わいに変わっていきます。

世界でも限られたタンナーのみが製造可能なこの希少素材をRe-ACTは一点ずつ手作業で仕立て、素材の魅力を最大限に引き出したプロダクトを展開していきます。

表面に針で刺したような微細な穴（ピンホール）が不均一に並んでいますが、これは馬が臀部に持つ汗腺で避けることのできない特徴であり、このシェルコードバンが染料で仕上げられている証とご理解ください。

内側に使用している革は、イタリアのブッテーロレザーを使用しています。

 

 

マチが付けられたジップコンパクト財布。サイドに取られたマチが大きく開き、コインの出し入れもスムーズに。カード室が両サイドに2室付いているので、カード類や二つ折りにしたお札などの仕分けも可能です。

ファスナーはYKK EXCELLAを使用。

*使用していてついた多少の傷は、指先で優しく揉み込むことで目立ちにくくなります。お使い頂くにつれ表面に艶が出てくると次第に傷なども気になりにくくなります。
