BOYAR'S BREW might seem like a treat made for landlords, cup bearers and kings, but it is in fact pulling its roots from humble origins, while still being a true delight to the senses. 👑

It's a braggot-style ale that uses immense amounts of local acacia honey, carefully infused with locally-foraged wild chervil and bird cherry tree flowers (by yours truly). 🍯🌿🌸

It's dry, crisp, spritzy on the palate, with elegant floral notes that still hint at condensed honey sweetness, touch of pollen and notes of light, spent underripe berries, with even a nice anise-like edge to it all. 👌
