This medium-bodied red is made from organically farmed 80-year-old Carignan vines from the Languedoc region in France. He makes wine with a devil-may-care attitude, letting the grapes do their thing and following an hands-off approach as much as possible.
This is rustic, earthy and authentic, rich with good tannic heft and no added sulphur. We loved it with a homemade cottage pie!
