There is a 40 degree gravity feed on this electric manual heavy duty safety slicer and it has a high carriage with a 25 degree incline towards the operator. There are 8-safety interlocks, a 3.5" wide thumb guard, removable pusher-plate and a remote sharpener with spring-loaded dial on this electric manual heavy duty safety slicer. IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE.
