Pear and white peach aromas with nicely integrated, subtle French oak. The palate at this early stage is fine and delicate – in part, a reflection of the higher yield this vintage. Peach and hints of tropical fruits flow onto the palate, which is seamless and textured from the 8 months spent on yeast lees.

About Lake's Folly Chardonnay
Lake's Folly Chardonnay is made from low yielding, estate-grown fruit which is barrel fermented and aged on yeast lees for eight months in French oak barriques (30–50% new). There is no secondary malolactic fermentation.
The wine cellars extraordinarily well, with many vintages living for 10+ years.
