Production Notes

Teremana Blanco Tequila is the result of a meticulously followed traditional production process. The blue agave plants, ripe with rich, sweet sap, are harvested by hand, ensuring optimum sugar levels. These pinas (the heart of the agave plant) are then slow-roasted in small traditional brick ovens for three days. Following this, the agave is crushed to extract the sweet juice, or 'mosto', which is then naturally fermented and distilled. Finally, the tequila is bottled straight from the still, preserving its raw and vibrant character.
