The hydrophilic foam dressing HydroTac Comfort from Hartmann offers optimal wound management - regardless of whether the wound is highly exuding or dry. With exuding wounds, the exudate is absorbed by the foam layer; with dry wounds, the hydrogel actively releases moisture to create a moist wound environment.

The cushioning foam dressing with liquid- and germ-proof polyurethane cover foil can be easily attached due to the surrounding adhesive edge and removed painlessly and atraumatically later.
