The Oscar can be easily attached to your spare tire, ladder, or utility rack. It is crafted with poly reinforced, marine grade vinyl, resists fading and holds up against the elements. Poly vinyl mesh pockets provide small compartments to carry fuel canisters, trash bags etc. and additional storage options. Cleaning it is a breeze with front zippers that enable you to open it up and spray it out while still attached to your vehicle and drainage points in the bottom allow water to escape.
