For most people, the thought of a wool coat doesn’t typically bring a smile to their face, because with it comes colder winds and greyer skies. For me, it’s my favourite time of the year for vintage fashion. There’s nothing like wrapping up in a coat that hugs you like a cozy blanket and layering up with all of those gorgeous cold weather textiles.
This timeless 1960s-style dark red wool coat boasts a heavy, classic construction, and is crafted with an asymmetrical button closure, a-line silhouette and fully lined design. A luxurious piece, it features elegant tailoring and was proudly made in Canada.
In overall excellent, gently worn, vintage condition with a small wear spot on the left upper arm area. Nothing too glaring or off-putting. Quality make and feel. Style points for days.
