The 2019+ Ford Ranger 2.3L EcoBoost is one of the most capable small trucks on the planet. With its direct-injected and turbocharged engine producing 310 lb-ft of torque, the 2019+ Ranger combines efficiency with capability. The 2.3L EcoBoost engine under the hood of the Ranger produces plenty of power to let you roam free, but what if you want more? Adding a tune and more boost is a great way to squeeze more power from the Ranger, but the stock intercooler pipes can only handle so much boost. That’s why Mishimoto has developed this aluminum intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2019+ Ford Ranger 2.3L EcoBoost.Our all-aluminum intercooler pipes are constructed of mandrel-bent aluminum with a polished or micro-wrinkle black powder-coated finish. These pipes eliminate restrictive bends in the factory pipe, allowing for up to 25-percent better flow and dyno-proven max gains of 9.7 wheel horsepower and 9 lb-ft of torque when combined with Mishimoto intercooler pipes. The Mishimoto intercooler pipes are also larger than stock, with a 19.86-percent increase in volume to let your turbo breathe easy.This kit includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore™ technology. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is a synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto Silicone Diesel Boots. Compared to standard silicone, DuraCore™ provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. Great
This stuff is generally just great. My dermatologist recommended using at least I think she said a five or 8% and I feel like this is just like the perfect mixture with Trention to get your acne to go away, but I use it every time I shower and I feel like it really is a great defense against acne and oil

I’ve been using the CeraVe Acne Foaming Cream Wash for a bit now, and it’s honestly just okay. It does help keep breakouts under control and feels gentle enough for daily use, but it can be a little drying at times. The texture is nice and creamy, and I like that it includes benzoyl peroxide and hyaluronic acid, so it’s effective without being too harsh. It’s not a miracle product, but it’s a solid option if you want a straightforward acne wash that does the job. Use 4% instead.

Definitely helps with acne
Cerave is a good brand for a lot of skin care products. I use their daily facial washes and now I bought this face and body acne wash. Mostly, I bought it because recently I had a zit on my forehead that was not going away with salicylic acid washes, so I decided to try benzoyl peroxide instead. With one use that zit dried up quick and disappeared in 2 days. I will say that I did let the product sit on my face for a minute before washing it off. I didn't notice any irritation on my skin or sensitivity. Benzoyl is underrated in my opinion. It's effective at getting rid of stubborn acne, more so than salicylic acid, but it can be drying so you must use moisturizer afterwards. The effectiveness also goes for body acne. Being a woman, I get those nasty painful hormonal acne break outs on my back sometimes and this helps a lot with getting rid of those. I like that it's slightly cheaper than Panoxyl and you don't need a large amount for it to work.
