It is in excellent vintage condition. The skirt is lined but the upper area is not. The torso area is longer so there is a drop waist seam along the lower waist area as seen in photos. I have the belt still worn high at the true waist area. The fabric is gorgeous. Flexible and mid weight. This would be the perfect Fall day or evening dress.

The fabric is gorgeous. Flexible and mid-weight. This would be the perfect Fall day or evening dress. There is slight stretch to the upper area of dress where there is no lining.

I would call this a size Medium. I'm a small and it is a little too big for me in the body area. I have it pulled back slightly to show the shape of the dress if fitted properly. If I was to keep this dress I would have it taken in on the sides.
