Is it suitable for my height?
Both the BackRight models are 'one size fits all', which means that they just fit no matter how tall you are. Hust ensure you feel comfortable when putting it under your back.
BackRight Non-padded or BackRight Padded?
Both models work excellently and do the same job. Simply, if you want a cushioned feel for a more comfortable stretch, along with the acupressure effect, go for BackRight Padded. But if you don't mind the hardness and the pressure nodes, you might go for the non-padded version.
How do I use it?
- Lay the stretcher on the ground, arch side up.
- Make sure it’s adjusted to fit your height. We recommend starting low. Use help if you aren't able to set it up alone.
- Slowly place your lower back down followed by your upper back.
- Place your arms over your head and stretch out.
- Feel the massage and relax!
How long should I use it for?
We recommend using it for 5 minutes up to 2 times a day for beginners. You may increase your session length once you get used to it.

An Excellent Toothbrush that's Good for Your Mouth and the Environment
Mindful of plastic's impact on the environment, I've tried many alternative toothbrushes. Davids Premium Soft Bristle Toothbrush is by far the best. The handle is engineered so that it's comfortable to use, and the bristles really are soft and well made. I have never once experienced even one bristle coming loose and ending up where it shouldn't be in my mouth. That happened with other brands. So now, I won't buy any others besides Davids.

Best non-toxic toothbrushes
Started our non-toxic journey and had to get these! They’re perfect! The heads are a little bit bigger than a regular toothbrush but other than that the bristles and soft and this is a perfect non-toxic toothbrush!

Love this toothbrush!
I absolutely love the Bamboo Soft Bristle Toothbrush—5 stars all the way!
Pros:
The soft bristles are gentle on my gums but still do a great job of cleaning my teeth. I’ve noticed my mouth feels super fresh after each use.
The bamboo handle is lightweight and comfortable to hold, and I love that it’s eco-friendly. It’s a great way to reduce plastic waste!
It’s durable—so far, the bristles haven’t frayed, even after several weeks of use.
Cons:
The bamboo handle can feel slightly rough when it gets wet, but it’s not a big deal.
It might take a little getting used to if you’ve only used plastic toothbrushes before.
Overall, this toothbrush is a great sustainable option without sacrificing performance. I’m definitely sticking with it and recommending it to everyone!
