This Provencal wine showcases a distinct terroir of clay and limestone soil from the Triassic period, with a high proportion of gravel. This unique soil composition imparts minerality and complexity to the grapes. The wine is made from 100% estate fruit, primarily old vines, offering a pure expression of this terroir. The blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Tibouren, and Vermentino reflects the estate s commitment to excellence. The resulting wine displays a pale lychee pink color, with complex aromas of white fruits, citrus, and floral notes.
