We’ve got a smoker on the farm and we use it properly — fourteen hours over wood, pork belly that pulls apart at a look, ribs that hold the bone but let go when you ask, wings with a bark you can hear. The box for when you want the BBQ to be the event, not the side dish.
What’s in the box?
The mains

Cooking it at home
This one’s mostly done. Reheat the meat through gently — oven, low and covered, twenty minutes. Wings can hit a hot grill for a final char. The work is already in the food.

Sourcing
Carefully sourced — from our farm, community of farmers and trusted suppliers. Smoked on the farm, sometimes for sixteen hours over wood. This is what the smoker exists for.
