Description:
"Focusing" is a particular process of attention that supports therapeutic change, a process that has been linked in more than 50 research studies with successful outcomes in psychotherapy. First developed by pioneering philosopher and psychotherapist Eugene Gendlin, Focusing quietly inspired much of the somatically oriented, mindfulness-based work being done today. Yet what makes Focusing a truly revolutionary approach to therapeutic change has been little understood”until now.Focusing is based on a radically different understanding of the body as inherently meaningful and implicitly wise. Mere intellectualizing or talking about problems can keep clients stuck in their old patterns of behavior. Focusing introduces the concept of the "felt sense," a moment in process when there is a potential to experience more than is already known and to break through old, frozen, stuck patterns. Clients who see real change during the course of their therapy work are often those who can contact and stay with a felt sense”but how to help them do so is not obvious.
Ann Weiser Cornell, who has been teaching Focusing to clinicians for more than 30 years, shows how to help clients get felt senses and nurture them when they appear, how to work with clients who have difficulty feeling in the body, how to facilitate a "felt shift," how to support clients who experience dysregulating emotional states, and much more. Beginning with a clear explanation of what makes Focusing so potentially transformative, she goes on to show how to effectively incorporate Focusing with other treatment modalities and use it to treat a range of client issues, nota

Less cast and the zinc scent is mild.
I use sunscreen regularly. One of the aspects I do not like is the white cast I get from zinc-based SPFs. This one is zinc-based but it has tallow and PDRN. I want to see if they make any difference when it comes application and feel.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT
1. I received Mystic Orchard’s beef tallow sunscreen with PDRN. Comparing its value, I think the volume is pretty good. I received 2.8 ounces.
2. When it comes to scent, I smell the metallic scent but it is not as bad as the one I have been using for swimming. It is there, but pretty faint.
3. You can tell by the sheen that it is zinc-based. It has the same consistency.
4. What I noticed though is that the white cast is not too bad. It blends fast with the tallow.
5. I like tallows because they contain fat-soluble vitamins like vitamin E for some antioxidants.
6. The cica is nice too for those who need a calming ingredient with their sunscreen.
7. I think this would be good for when going out. I do not think I will be using it for swimming since it is mild in scent and cast. Better to use it elsewhere than just for swimming.
OVERALL IMPRESSION: I think that this SPF sunscreen with tallow and PDRN is cost-effective and worth its value if you want a zinc-based sunscreen with less cast and milder scent.

Moisturizing Sunscreen

The grass-fed tallow base makes it deeply moisturizing—it feels like a nourishing balm. The PDRN complex is a nice bonus for repair.

Amazing, clean and natural ingredients!
Set name: Adult Tube - 3.4oz., Set name: Adult Tube - 3.4oz.
Literally the best sunscreen I have tried so far! Main ingredient is grass fed beef tallow which is what I’ve been looking for. I’m an outdoor/wedding photographer so I’m more susceptible to skin cancer due to genetics. Yesterday I used it all day for an outdoor wedding, reapplying every 2 hrs and this saved me so much!!! No white cast residue so I was applying quickly in between big moments and the formula is lightweight, no odor, goes on quick and smoothly and it’s not greasy! I have so much appreciation for the clean, natural ingredients
