The Epiphone Les Paul Prophecy is a modern take on a legendary instrument with a past rooted in early electric guitar history. In Aged Jet Black Metallic , this Epiphone Les Paul Prophecy boasts Fishman's unique active electronics for added versatility to an already versatile instrument.
Featuring an asymmetrical Slim Taper profile, the neck of this Les Paul Prophecy is carved from mahogany and topped with an ebony fretboard that boasts Jumbo frets and block inlays. Atop the headstock, Grover locking Rotomatic add a touch of vintage flair to this otherwise modern instrument, and a matching LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece are mounted at the other end of the guitar.
A pair of custom-voiced Fishman Fluence "Prophecy" pickups lend their name to this Les Paul, as well as a versatility that elevates this guitar to new heights. The inclusion of push/pull coil splitting and custom-voiced pickup sounds from Vintage, to Modern, and single coil-esque sounds, this Les Paul allows users to use a single guitar to cover the ground that would usually require multiple.
With its Graph Tech NuBone nut and knurled metal knobs finished in brushed nickel, the details of the Les Paul Prophecy are not left out by Epiphone.
