Lavender
Mugwort
to aid in a peaceful rest, enhance your dream recall and vividness, stimulate lucid dreaming and amplify visions.
You will receive 4oz. of loose leaf tea in a resealable bag.
We recommend steeping 1 Tablespoon per 8oz of water.
Steep for at least 5 minutes or more, depending on your preference.
Each oz. yields about 10 cups.
