Known for its size and tone, this Epiphone Grabber Bass boasts a large, robust three-piece alder body, attached to a 34-inch scale three-piece maple neck that's topped with twenty frets and pearloid dot inlays.
The tonal focus of this Grabber is an Epiphone Bass Humbucker. Although it doesn't boast the same sliding ability that some '70s Grabber pickups do, this pickup delivers those same heavy, gritty lows and a punchy midrange that put the Grabber on the map. The control scheme features a Master Volume, Master Tone, and an SPDT switch to split coils of this humbucking pickup, for added tonal versatility.
In the hardware department, this Epiphone Grabber boasts hardware reminiscent of the original Grabber basses, including a bridge with a nickel cover, and diecast tuning machines with Clover buttons.
This bass comes complete with a premium gigbag.
